Pricing And Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Chemicals are sold in full case quantities only (combination of any chemicals.) Other prices are marked “ea.” or“pkg.” All orders require payment in full before shipping unless an open account status has been established. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover is accepted. Leasing programs are available for qualified purchasers.

Freight

Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges. Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice for goods being purchased and shipped via FedEx, FOB Las Vegas, Nevada within 2-3 business days of purchase. Goods are shipped via common carrier. Air-Care delivers shipment to carrier in sound condition. If received short or damaged, consignee should obtain signed statement by representative of carrier on face of freight bill as to items and quantity short or damaged. You should thoroughly inspect the shipment as soon as received. If any concealed loss or damage is discovered, notify carrier agent at once, and request him to make an inspection. Unless you do this, the transportation company may not entertain any claim for loss or damage. We are willing to assist you in any possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage.

Returned Goods

Goods may not be returned without an RMA number. All returns, except for our shipping error or product defect, are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Freight for returned goods under warranty, whether for replacement or repair, is the responsibility of purchaser.

Defective and Damaged Goods

Please contact our Customer Service Department immediately if any goods received from us are defective or damaged.
