In business, our customer
comments are very important to us. It should be to every business.
We all seem to hear the negative comments most of the time because
customers are complaining about something or someone. It is always
nice to hear the positive comments from our customers. To get
praise is probably one of the most rewarding things in business.
It means your doing your job and your doing it well. They don’t
come that frequently and it is nice to get recognition of them
when they do.
At Air-Care, we don’t always
hear from your customers, but it is always nice when a positive
comment comes in and we can share it with all of you. Goes to show
that good work goes a long way. Below is a message we received
from a customer in Indiana. Bryce from Indy Air Care was the
technician.
